Cultural Exchange Ambassador (CEA) for Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta!

Thank you very much for our Cultural Exchange Ambassador (CEA) who’s main task here in MOJKT is to support and assist the operational processes, conducting specific training, coaching new colleagues and sharing the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group culture in order to ensure a smooth and successful opening for a new property.

The CEA comes from various hotel from other MO property all around the world

The All New Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta is now open!

We welcome our first guest on October 5th and followed with an official ribbon cutting ceremony announcing the opening of our brand new hotel on October 8th.

On Wednesday September the 30th our colleagues at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta are having a blast when they enjoy the Colleague Gathering Party in our brand new ballroom, where the DJ, MC, music, food, dance, fashion show, birthday celebration , video testimonials and the whole event are really FunTastic!!!

NEC telephone training

We are equipping our brand new hotel with brand new equipment and one of them is our telephone system.

Our colleagues are learning to use the new telephone sets so we can use it more efficiently and effectively to serve our guests.

Simulations and trial runs at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta

Our colleagues are preparing themselves before the hotel opening on October 5th and prior to start handling real guests we invited our colleagues from other departments to act as “guest” so that we can simulate a hotel operation and in a real life situation.

For Your Improvement (FYI)
We offer 2 Learning & Development Rooms (FYI 1 on the left side and FYI 2 on the right side) located on the 6th floor. All of our colleague’s classroom trainings will take place in those rooms.
