NEC telephone training

We are equipping our brand new hotel with brand new equipment and one of them is our telephone system.

Our colleagues are learning to use the new telephone sets so we can use it more efficiently and effectively to serve our guests.

Simulations and trial runs at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta

Our colleagues are preparing themselves before the hotel opening on October 5th and prior to start handling real guests we invited our colleagues from other departments to act as “guest” so that we can simulate a hotel operation and in a real life situation.

For Your Improvement (FYI)
We offer 2 Learning & Development Rooms (FYI 1 on the left side and FYI 2 on the right side) located on the 6th floor. All of our colleague’s classroom trainings will take place in those rooms.

“Chill” as its names suggested, is a place for our colleagues where they can relax, listen to music, read a magazine or surf the internet for a few minutes.

Split Shift Room
“Nap – nap” for our colleagues who wants to rest before resuming their shift in the afternoon.

Colleague Corner
A place where our colleagues can surf the internet, rent books / DVD/CD in our little library or even some basic amenities and toiletries.

First Aid Training

Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta in cooperation with Dr. Tedjo & Associates, selected some of our colleagues to become the first aid team member in preparation toward the hotel opening in October.

Buka Puasa at MO Makan

During the holy month of Ramadhan our colleagues can enjoy their buka puasa in our Colleagues Restaurant “MO Makan”.
