New Colleague Orientation, May 04-06 2009
Congratulations to our new colleagues who have just completed the New Colleagues Orientation Programme on May 04 - 06 2009.
The 3 day Programme is designed for every new colleague to understand the culture of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and enjoying themselves on how to work together as a team.
With such wonderful new talents joining Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta we are confident that we will have a successful and exciting re-opening of our brand-new hotel this year!

Mona main responsibility will be to ensure that all our colleagues will receive the same level of services as our guests.
Here a little insight from our conversation with Mona during her first day on the job:
Colleague Service (HRD) : Why did you decide to join Mandarin Oriental,
Mona : I am really impressed with the way the hotel team followed up on my application and this process was different than other companies I had applied to.
Colleague Service (HRD) : You are now the Colleague Concierge for our hotel, and we understand that it is a very big responsibility, especially when handling our internal guests which are our colleagues here at Mandarin Oriental,
Mona : Yes it is a very big responsibility but I am very excited that I will be able to serve our colleagues and to make sure that they also will experience similar service as our guests.
Mona : You are very welcome and it feels fantastic to be working here.
